Reversals

What to write, where to write it and what happens next — then the two lists that decide the answer, and the statutory rights that sit above both.

standingThe package unlocks the moment the charge settles, and a downloaded file stays in the buyer's hands for good. A settled fill is therefore complete on release, and everything below is the exception to that.
§1

How to raise one

§1.1
Write to [email protected] within 14 days of the settlement date. Quote the fill reference or the Execution Key, and name the line of §2 you are relying on.
§1.2
A reply comes inside one working day, from a person, not a queue. Where the facts check out, a §2 request is granted flat and nobody argues about it.
§1.3
The money runs back down the route it came: the desk instructs the processor, the processor credits the same card, and your issuer posts it in its own time, commonly five to ten business days later.
§1.4
Nothing here needs a form, a portal or a reason stated in a particular form of words. A plain description of what happened is enough.
§2

Grounds that carry

§2.1
The desk listed a grade incorrectly and you paid on the strength of the listing.
§2.2
One ticket produced two charges.
§2.3
The charge settled and no package was ever released to you.
§2.4
The gate handed over a grade your ticket did not buy.
§2.5
The build cannot be made to run on a supported MetaTrader 5 terminal after you and the desk have worked through the installation sequence together.
§2.6
Somebody used your card without your authority.
§2.7
Consumer legislation in your own country obliges the desk to reverse the charge.
§3

Grounds that do not

§3.1
A losing run. The build is a trading program and losing trades are part of its ordinary operation, disclosed on every page that leads to a ticket.
§3.2
A gap between your result and a ledger. No audited account is published today. When one is, it will describe the desk’s own account; your broker, capital, settings and start date guarantee a different path. See the performance basis (CD-05).
§3.3
Second thoughts once the package has been released.
§3.4
A platform or broker change that stops the build until a revision is issued (CD-02 §5).
§3.5
An installation error the desk can correct — a symbol suffix, a disabled algo-trading switch, a build sitting in the wrong folder. These are fixed, not refunded.
§3.6
The 12-month term reaching its due date.
§4

Withdrawal windows

§4.1
Some consumer regimes give a buyer of digital content a period in which to withdraw. Where yours does, executing the ticket is your express request that the package be released immediately, and your acknowledgement that release ends that period.
§4.2
Where your regime does not permit that acknowledgement, §7 governs and the statutory window survives in full.
§5

Before your card issuer

§5.1
Raise the matter here first. A dispute filed at the issuer runs for weeks, costs the desk a fee whatever its outcome, and cannot put money back faster than §1 does.
§5.2
While a dispute is open the package stays paused, because the charge behind it is no longer settled.
§6

A higher grade instead

§6.1
A buyer who wants a higher grade of the same strategy needs no reversal at all. Quote the Execution Key and a ticket is issued for the difference in price alone; the term continues from its original settlement date.
§7

Statutory rights

§7.1
This document sits inside the fill contract (CD-01). Where a consumer statute of your home country grants a right broader than §2, the statute governs and the desk honours it without being pushed.
