A single mailbox, read by the engineers behind the models. Nothing sits between a message and a person: no queue position, no case number to wait for, no auto-reply. Send it from your own mail client, with the facts the ticket specification below lists, and the thread stays in your hands.

never send: broker password, investor login, account number, card detail. The desk needs none of them and will not act on a message that carries any.
not this desk: spreads, swaps, requotes and withdrawals belong to your broker; the rules of a funded-account programme belong to whoever set it; whether to take a position at all belongs to you.

Algo Flexs is a trading name, not an incorporated company. The desk is operated independently by an individual who has completed identity verification with our payment processor. Full legal and contact particulars are supplied on request to anyone who writes to [email protected].
Seller and licensor of every build on this site: Algo Flexs. Whop's part in a fill is to collect the card payment inside its own frame and remit the proceeds to the desk; the licence, the build and the support behind it all come from Algo Flexs.

Term, then description.
- The fill settled; the download did not.
- The fill page keeps its address for the whole term, so reload it first. A second failure means the package is sent by hand: quote fill.ref and the ZIP arrives as an attachment or a fresh link.
- The Navigator lists nothing after a refresh.
- The .ex5 is in a folder MetaTrader is not reading. Open the data folder from the terminal itself (File → Open Data Folder), not from a shortcut, and put the file in MQL5\Experts under that folder. Refresh again.
- Attached, but no order in a full session.
- Read the Experts tab. No initialisation line: Algo Trading is off on the toolbar or the Common tab. An initialisation line and nothing after: the session mask in the profile does not cover the hours watched, or the spread ceiling was never cleared. Send the tab's last twenty lines if neither fits.
- What does the desk see when I run a build?
- Nothing. A build opens no connection to the desk; your login, balance, positions and log stay inside your terminal. The desk holds a fill record and whatever you choose to write, and no more.
- Where do I type the Execution Key?
- Nowhere. The build runs as delivered. The key exists so the desk can find your fill record when you write; quote it in the subject line or the first line of any message.
- Whose name is on my card statement?
- The processor's. Whop collects the card payment on the desk's behalf and remits it, so the descriptor may read as Whop rather than the desk. Send the date and the amount and the fill is matched to it.
- Which charges go back?
- The ones reversals (CD-03) lists: a double charge, a charge with no package released, a build that cannot be made to run with the desk's help, a package for the wrong grade, an unauthorised card, a statutory right. Ask within 14 days of settlement; the route back is the card that paid.
- What does the ledger show when nothing is published?
- Empty rows with the rule for each cell beside them. Nothing is estimated to fill the gap. When a public page exists for a strategy, its figures are transcribed with their read date and the page is linked; until then the ledger states that it is empty.
